CHM is a "subsidiary" of IMU, there has been and always will be interactions and interests between the 3 Hopper-Companies. And the chances for IMU taking over CHM range from 0-100%. Looking at the funding, Hopper at this stage wants to leave them separated. So far he interchanged assets and key personnel, time will tell if more gets changed from one into another.
After IMU acquired Azer-Cel I thought Hopper would get JC involved at IMU but there wasn't any indication for that. Now he got another CAR-T expert running CHM, let's see if RM will be used to advice IMU. IMU's LC is a lovely person but not sure if RM getting involved over there would be " frictionless ".
