So far the RAD CR has been received with some confidence as the money should be enough to last by mid '26. 400% dilution over there, suddenly the 100% here looks not that bad if fully executed.
At RAD retail holding is now about 10%, the retail poison pill seems to be gone, Hopper & Co got full control. Maybe that will benefit the sp as those in charge, apart of Hopper, just hold " managed money " and not their own.
If he does the same here, we retail lose our voting power of currently 70% step by step to below 10% too. But as the AGM and EGM showed, retail couldn't care less about voting. That way it actually won't make any difference regarding control.
The end goal is clear, CHM like RAD now and most likely IMU too will end up to at least 90% in the hands of Hopper, Pharma and instos. If they then, like CENTRO after the GFC, make a Mozza, then those of us holding retail could get a small slice from the big cake too. The advantage of those guys holding 90% plus is that despite gazillions of shares issued hardly any will be available for day to day trading and the sp would gradually rise when the progress continues to be good.
What's left for us to do now? At least to hold and wait or if funds allow, buying like crazy as Hopper will find some $$$ if he wants to. We can't 100% accuse him of having planned to bring down the sp in the first place when IPOed but he definitely took advantage of it and the previous CRs fueled that downturn to turn the 3 stocks from retail dominated into insto dominated. One does it the expensive way up, Hopper did it the cheaper way down. Yep, we all got Hoppered.
