    Where is he talking down CHM tech or oppurtunity?

    Unknown sp? Sp is just an equation with Shares Outstanding and Company value being the real determinate for sp.

    The sp possibilites dimininsh as the number of shares outstanding increase.

    I focus on estimating the value of the underlying assets.
