There are lots of comments offering strategies for/against share price dilution, likely buyers, PH strategy etc etc.
Everyone seems to have forgotten that the respected and highly credentialed CEO and MD just resigned.
Is it a coincidence that this deal comes hot on the heels of her resignation and appointment of a new COO?
Perhaps its because the deal has a feint whiff of something putrid. Let's see how this deal pans out for the "little people" once the dust settles.
