If they would expect the read outs by end of '24 / '25 to be of high quality to attract a partner they PH wouldn't go for 100% dilution. Of course he just asks for up to 800m shares but let's be real, at 2.5c CHM would get just $20m if the full amount was applied.
He will be part of that insto offer as he did last time, that way no dilution for him. Question will be, is he paying for it himself?
I will vote no, a placement is just an easy way to get funds, Hopper needs to get the data sold, assuming they come in stellar as foreshoadowed, that's the job to do.
Time will tell, at least we got a warning today of what could come our way. He could have announced a partner wants to get 800m shares at 10c placed, but that would have required him to do some work which he obviously is not in the mood to do. JC out of the door and we get hit with that anns.
You always hope for a nice positive surprise but get hit with that crap.
