@Steini CDH17 has nothing to do with IMU, I can see the correlation but I'm not sure why IMU keeps getting brought up . CHM17 trial has been set up as a Phase 1/2 trial and estimated completion date 2 years from it's mid-year start. Pending data, accelerated approval is a possibility for several different cancer types with a very high unmet need.
Some of the recent acquisition's I've seen have been prior to completion of phase 1/2 trials due to strong data. Big Pharma are sitting on 3/4 of a trillion $$ and they are about to fall off a patent cliff. If CHM 2101 can back up what it did pre-clinic, we'll have some of the hottest property in all of oncology.
I can sympathise with those who bought in early but no one is more underwater than PH himself. Whether or not he gets involved in the 800 million placement is yet to be seen but common sense says he eventually wants the SP much much higher than it current is.
