What a sh*t situation for all of us. Good news, it's not 100% dilution, it more than likely will need 100% rise or more after the CR to get us back to 3 cents. Not that long ago I took part in one that resulted in a 3- 4 bager, so its not always bad news. ( MSB)
I don't think management has too many options. Partnerships are basically no better than a CR. They all amount to a sale in part of the company . Even a cash buy out , 3 to 4 cents would be as good as it would likely get. No good in my book.
Our best hope would be a merger, preferably with one that also has huge unrealised upside. MSB would be one not that there cash is any better position. I will let others to look at the good and bad of such a deal . I am not cross promoting.
I have done a little math. 1 MSB would now cost around 43 CHM. Not that long ago it was 1 for 10. 1 for 30 would get my votes on both sides.
