I know many believe ASIC is a Toothless Dog but I believe they may be looking at this Steini .
From my brief interactions with ASIC it seems it's a collective of issues and complaints that draws their eye.
Generally they dont make a move on a single complaint but when the file starts to thicken they look to go on "If there's smoke, there's fire" and when you have enquiries with a common denominator PH and ASX Biotechs getting played ,,, maybe just maybe there might be a couple of hard questions thrown CHM's way..
