Officially he holds 19.99% directly and probably more indirectly. He seems to control about 30%, that's the number voted for him at the last AGM, assuming only a few voted NO and about 70% did not care, similar numbers at IMU and RAD.

He will definitely be among the so called sophies to keep his percentage. Once the 800m shares got issued by September, depending on the motives of the participating sophies, he could end up controlling more than 50%. That could be the plan, who knows. The assets are worth a lot, nobody could stop him and his mates to sell at a price he is happy with. If he owns about 320m shares, selling at 5c gives him 16m, probably a lot more than he had paid for at IPO and the CR in total whilst most retail, who bought higher, would get screwed.

Of course all just assumptions and speculations but based on what he has done since RAD's and CHM's IPOs and at IMU.

He is not the youngest anymore, won't be able to spend the hundreds of millions he would get if all 3 would take off as planned. Mybe he is now settling for a few millions, still plenty for him and his heirs. That would explain the minimum effort he is putting in. A 40 year old would most likely shout out to the world how fantastic his 3 teams have performed and not go around with an " I give a rat's aas " attitude.
