There could be a tiny bright side to JCs resignation. Assuming she really loved and believed in the assets' potential she could convince her next employer, after a 6 month pause - November?, to buy one, some or all of CHM's assets. That way the urgency to issue the shares by September and the huge dilution to secure him and his Bell Potter / Lind - Mates a windfall.
If she continues to work in the CAR-T space and no offer from that side then we can assume that the assets are still good but not mind blowing.
Time will tell.
