Your hero DD has been at the company for nearly seven years. You're kidding yourself if you think no one can make a difference in that amount of time. There is so much opportunity leading a listed company. You have the world's capital markets at your fingertips, enhanced visibility, being able to attract top talent. What was the point of him being there if it was set to fail from the beginning? You're saying he was just there for the paycheck? Why take so much in remuneration if it was a forgone conclusion? You really need to study to role of a CEO and how much opportunity comes with being a listed company. AVW is still alive.and you coming in here telling people to get out it shameful. You praise DD like I haven't seen another person praise a CEO yet here he is doing his job at AVW and you're saying he has no control?
