They don't make it easy to vote against the resolution and I can't attend in person. Is anyone attending who intends to vote against it? You'll have my proxy. Everything this company has done since I bought in at $1.53 two years ago has turned to absolute sh*t, yet I kept holding thinking it couldn't get any worse, yet it did beyond my wildest nightmares. I have lost more than the cost of a new Mercedes EV, pretty ironic eh. The 4.88% drop in in the SP today would have hurt me two years ago, but due to the drop in the SP over the last two years, NMT now takes up a far smaller percentage of my portfolio today so I can just shrug it off these days, treating my position as a complete write-off, which basically it is (a 95% drop ffs!!!). We need a complete change in CEO and Board membership to move forward.
