Much increased bullish presentations this year, Improving Sales and expansion as well as current and ongoing near term milestones to come. Whilst there has been major changes to the team since last year , in my opinion the main play here has not changed which is a takeover.
Last year Otto Buttula retired from the board as late as the AGM , or such a mutually agreed , earlier time . Once either board renewal and an adequate handover , or a potential take over can be completed . The company remains in discussions with it advisors regarding attracting a new cornerstone shareholder , or full takeover.
Brian Leedman also retired from the board last year . He was a co- founder of Resapp ( RAP ) and did say they would never make any money but would still be acquired ( taken over ) which it was. The current Oncosil leadership team still consist of expertise from Sirtex which was taken over for $1.9 billion and Telix Pharmaceuticals TLX which seems to be on its way to a $ 7 billion market cap. Brian Leedman has also mentioned that , You can only have a blockbuster product if a big pharma is selling it and mentioned Sirtex as a comparison and that is the ultimate outcome for Oncosil.
