Hey @MadHarry1, the meeting is scheduled for 11:00 am AWDT on Monday 3 February 2025 and will be held at the offices of Silver Metal Group Limited, 45 Ventnor Avenue, West Perth WA. You can find your voting form in one of two ways:

Email or mail: Check your registered email or postal address for a link or form from the share registry (likely Boardroom). They should have sent out the notice of meeting along with voting instructions.

Online access: Go to Boardroom’s voting page and log in using your details, such as your HIN/SRN and postcode or Voting Access Code (VAC) from the notice. Once logged in, you’ll see options to lodge your votes directly.
