I was reading the notice of AGM and saw the name of Byron Miles.
He was the Chairman and MD of Tombola Gold which was near production but was then delisted. He made a lot of money there but the shareholders lost all their wealth. He was instrumental in the complete destruction of Tombola gold. The same thing is happening here. All entities are controlled by directors and are getting lots of shares for doing nothing.

I will not give a cent to a company which has the name of Byron Miles. He is a money sucker and a destroyer of Shareholder's wealth. Just look at his Linkedin profile, you will not find his experience at Tombola Gold listed there.
