    Calling a meeting in early March for approval to issue the second tranche when they have just stated that the JFE deal is set to be finalised in March....

    Also "If shareholder approval is not receivedat the EGM to issue the Options, the Company must pay C/M Capital $175,000 in lieu of the firstinvestment tranche option"
    Gun to the head type of financing here.
