I agree JGA.... They're allocating themselves too many free shares arbitrarily for just doing their jobs. Meanwhile we all have to pay our hard earned dollars to obtain shares..... If they allocated smaller amounts of free shares to themselves I could probably swallow that but the amounts they are giving FREE to themselves seems unfair to me.
I too will be voting no.
