Think some of the information is out of date as Karl resigned/retired as secretary from SOLG and DGR, etc., a couple of years ago. Was paid very handsomely by the way from all the positions he held. Thought, Priy left a year or so after Karl. Moller was made to leave/resign from SOLG's Board perhaps two years ago at the AGM but still holds director position in DGR and is still the chairman of another. He was also a board member at AJQ and a couple of other companies that have now all gone bust. He still is putting in his bill/s for his legal advice when given concerning DGR and daughter companies. No feedback as to what advice was but we know that it was probably absolute shite because where are we now? Usually, tens of thousands was paid. From memory a recent one for $70,000. Gee, he has been an asset to the company with his profession legal advice, especially to Mather when they gave AJQ the last $24 million from DGR. Mather is now likely to be in a position to completely takeover DGR as a result of their strategic management.
Surely there must be grounds to sue these bastards, because there is a real chance it would succeed as we all know what happens when this gang tries its own legal remedies. Not taken to the end.....withdrawn all of them. Examples: AJQ's gel contract regarding fracking ($700,000) and recently the latest one concerning the $24 million case against a Chinese entity. SOLG's missing money...think it was only 4 million pounds....nothing to seen here; Sacking SOLG's CEO who from all accounts did what he set out to achieve at a corporate level (that would have unset the apple cart because nothing the old Board every reached that level) and now SOLG has had to pay him out (another million pounds or so but that's confidential) and I am sure there are a few more that someone might share with us. I think you can see what I am alluding. The deals done by these fellows for their own self-interest is incredible, costing shareholders tens to probably a hundred million plus of dollars collectively. White collar and criminal there is no doubt.
Thank you Risk41 for sharing these last couple of posts. I will be keeping a copy for my own record. Might even share on other discussion forums so these fellows' true colours can be seen by all.
