Ann: Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting/Proxy Form, page-7

Just going through Resolution 1.
I think that it is subject and conditional on passing of Resolutions 2, 3, & 4..... on page 2 (of 6) of the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting.

Which I take to mean that despite the summary (in bold) recommendations provided by the Independent Expert on the cover page of the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting, it won't be facilitated. (Maybe the Independent Expert was in CYA mode).

All of which may be what generated my confusion > anger.


Interested in what other stink.
