Totally agree. Company boards shouldn't be able to issue more shares or cheap options to themselves if they've caused a decrease in company value through their own actions, which this board has done. In May 2020 the share price was in the thirties, five years have passed and we're still in the thirties. This means management imo don't deserve any entitlements. I will be definitely voting NO.
