That was a very long time ago. It’s running out of capital and instead of issuing billions of shares it will raise 34 times less making it more attractive to investors. The perception is that the stock is not a penny dreadful to the novice investor. It’s just been a trading stock for a long time. Short sellers making a motza. Surely there will be a cap raise soon? Coincide with consolidation?
