1.2b preCon - Yes, why not, 1b more or less won't matter anymore, 1,2b x 1.5c = 1.2x10^9 x 1.5 x 10^-2 about $1.8 x 10^7 = $18m. That won't last long.
But the price is not determined, just the % and that leaves the door open to drive the sp down as we have seen a few times before at IMU and CHM and the results of that type of raising have been devastating.
Again, same people, same wrong decisions, same terrible results.
