So they want to dilute the company by 1.2B OG shares, or 35m new shares post consolidation. Roughly 16%. But that won't count toward the 15% quota of issued capital that they can also flex without shareholder approval. The only potential silver lining is this date isn't known, so they better have some damn good announcements to prime this 15 day period. Smells like SH are getting reamed again though...
