I guess IMU management should make sure whatever they raise need to go for trials rather than taking salary for themselves, I tend to agree that IMU teams salary is way too high, but the issue is you will not attract right talent to clinical stage biotechs without the level of salary they provide, so its bit of Chicken and egg kind of scenario ..
