Hi Andy
Imagine your current holdings in AIS as a nice apple pie. You can cut as many or as few slices as you wish but the pie or MC in this case remains the same, you own no more or less of the apple pie.
So in theory the division of the pie does not effect value, of course it does other things with regards to the functioning of trading and the make up of the register over time.
On balance for a good solvent company like AIS it is a good thing.
