Just got my voting forms and voted all my shares against the transaction, the share consolidation, and the placement. It might be reasonable but its not a fair transaction and far too dilutive. I would rather Andre save some pennies by operating what we have well, come up with a less dilutive shareholder strategy that involves using the cash generated by existing operations to pay for it or funded via decent offtake agreements. Round Oak isn't going anywhere and WHSP don't want it
