    hi aqua would be the estimate that WSP paid for the assets as I thought 234 million although book value I thought I seen a 400 million figure as purchase cost -
    round oak purchase price is @20% discount in agreed SP terms - so I think WSP bought EXCO and were gunna carve it up and quick flip pieces as pieces more value than the original pie - Cu price fall fixed that - like it nearly fixed tritton - IMO deal is ok - but WSP is also a predator - IMO -
