75m shares at 5.5c to raise $4m - LOL who is going to pay 5.5c ? when the current s/p is 2.5c.
QMN will have a billion shares on issue before they can even think about going to market to raise some serious dosh to go mining.
Exco had quality management and a decent S/P and it couldn't fund the CCP project it elected to on sell the project to Xstrata - There is no way this mob is ever going mining IMO )
