They keep stating that they cant afford to distribute their assets, or the business will not be able to continue.
If they distribute the assets (at a massive profit to current value - as the EGM calls for), there will be no need to worry.
I've only got a couple thousand shares, but I'd rather take 12cents guaranteed now, than rely on management to get the share price up that much on their own.
Besides, given their track record, the longer the current management keeps doing what they are doing, the less 'value' there will be left for the rest of us.
Give me 200% over managements best promises any day!
