An extraordinary meeting to give Welborn performance rights that are decided on purely by the board!!!!!
This is turning into a complete clown show.
It would appear that there is a complete disconnect between management and share holders.
How is it possible that any company of any sense would issue such an announcement after a major mishap that hasn't even been sorted out.
This is disgraceful.
