To my mind the prospectus lodgement could be a mere compliance step. Get the prospectus lodged & start the clock running on the listing. Draft format, crap content & basically nothing changed from the aborted listing debacle / roadshow process of 18 mths back. I’m hoping they have already done all the heavy lifting during the blackout period & have the investors on the line for the $30m / 6m shares- hopefully without the need for a roadshow. If they still have to sell this pup in the current climate then we maybe in trouble. AIMO.
