After reading the ann thoroughly, I am quite happy to give my full support for asx delisting and Nasdaq listing. Clause 2.2 explained the benefits asx delisting to build the books which will add higher sp value on Nasdaq listing. The company is certain to get Nasdaq listing. Capital values will be much better for shareholders when listed on Nasdaq. Clause 2.3 b informed the worser sp values if the vote is not passed.

Back track, in 2019 SEC approved Nasdaq listing contrary to so many false claims on this forum in the last 7 days. Company believed Nasdaq listing was not in the best interest of shareholders and obstacle because of existing asx listing, so decided not to list at the time.
