I get the feeling that GMV already has the numbers to get 75% regardless of how retail votes and that Regal was part of this plan. It's impossible to make an informed vote with the information we have so far. There is also no mention of the floor price they are aiming for this time around. I remember the good old days when the share price was 30 cents and we were all fuming that the floor price would be 20 cents. If only we could get a 20 cent floor price now!
