    I think the Max number of shares would be 59,121,314.
    This includes over allotment option, Representative warrants and performance rights.

    If we multiply this by USD 6 = MC 354.73M

    Now, if the Revenue Estimate is USD 19M
    USD 19M x 20 = MC 380M
