    I don't understand why they need 10 billion shares. I understand that this if for the IPO and all future Capital Raises, but it seems to be an incredibly high number of shares.

    Let's say that our unconsolidated shares are worth 4 cents. Let's say they keep their value after consolidation and are then worth 72 cents (4 cents times 18).
    10 billion times 72 cents equals 7 billion 200 million dollars. That seems like a hell of a lot of ammunition to have for future raises. Maybe this is just the norm for IPOs. Can anyone shed light on this?
