So if each Nasdaq share is $4, and $4 divided by 18 is US$0.22 -- then that's what our shares are "worth," at least, on IPO? About 31c AUD.
Dilution, we learn when we see how many shares get printed for the IPO.
And it's all academic anyway, because we're locked up for 3 months.
Is that it? I find the numbers dizzying.
