This was expected. Shareholders need to decide what they want at this vote. Do we want to see change (vote in favour) or continue to see delays and unnecessary dilution (vote against)?
They mention in this announcement that last quarterly, we had 3.2m plenty of cash, but they wanted to raise more? Where are the project updates? Why can other companies get drilling so quickly and we cannot?
