Habib has entrepreneurial credibility (7/11s and 2 burger shops), but is only an ASX private investor and does not have any public directorship experience. In an interview, he said 'he aspires to be on the board of a bio-tech company'. He studied radiography and is employed in pharmaceuticals. This has to just be an opportunity to grab board experience before moving into an industry he is passionate about. Given the very little experience in mining and resources, seems unlikely he would be someone who can guide the company through land approvals/drill campaigns ect. Rather, acting as a proxy board member for Proska himself. This is my opinion only!

This requisition allows Proska to seize control of the board, if successful, having implemented 3/5 directors. Most recently, James Moses in March.

Would like the 3rd new board member to be someone who can step up to MD once RHK is goneski too.
