Be nice to see them take a leaf out of RAC equity raise. Let the existing SHs benefit instead of blood sucking instos. RAC only SH and well oversubscribed. I believe in NIC and would gladly take the discount by putting my $ in.
Also means instos need to compete on mkt to get shares so more demand.
