    Motion is carried. Only 56% of the register bothered to vote - and that yielded (on Leonora sale) 77.15% for (or 43% For vote from register).
    Apathy from 44% of the register on a decision that was around 100M$ below what SLR was proposing to offer subject to two weeks due diligence.
