Yes, let's do it. I've seen proposals go through that are 'reasonable' but not 'fair'. This is considered reasonable and fair.
A possible hiccup could come. Currently 80% of the world's supply of elemental sulphur is obtained from removing the sulphur contaminant when refining oil. As we ween ourselves off oil, sulphur could become more difficult to source and more expensive. But everyone will be in that boat, and as sulphur is the 5th most abundant element on Earth another source must come through.

I found this in the report funny, and I didn't really understand it:

"This comparison is required to be made assuming an arm’s length transaction between knowledgeable and willing, but not anxious, parties is “reasonable” if it is “fair”."

I don't know what an 'arms length' transaction is, but I think this is not the time to be anxious.
