Also, in NIC's August announcement before shareholders voted for the DTN placement, it was said that DTN was going to acquire 20% of the ENC project, but now the 20% DTN acquisition has not been mentioned any more, which means, DTN's parent company is not interested in buying the 20% at all....
Although I still have time to decide, I am almost deciding to vote NO.
