I doubt UT will vote 'No'. A couple of years of missed dividends shouldn't worry them, and they wouldn't be expecting it to become necessary to cut dividends anyway, given all the other irons NIC has in the fire. And they'll be expecting an upswing in demand for nickel.
If they vote yes then ENC is pretty much a foregone conclusion, and my shares will be voting yes with them.
I doubt UT will vote 'No'. A couple of years of missed dividends...
