Having said the above, NIC's top 20 shareholders hold 83.26% of shares on issue, therefore, retail shareholders dont have much voting power about it. Reducing 22.7% of ShangHai Decent Group voting power which are not allowed to vote because they are related parties, the votes of retail shareholders are still only 21.6%. I really hope other institutional shareholders vote against it... NIC is good enough and we dont need to empty the entire company's pocket to buy another project.
