I doubt you pessimism is well founded. I'll go with the judgement of the top twenty investors and their 80% of the shares.
You ask what's in it for Tsingshan/Decent. I've always assumed we're part of the Belt and Road Initiative. I don't have a problem with that, it's a wise Chinese policy.
I'm at work so I haven't time to look closely yet. I'll be interested to see what others think.
