In my opinion, We need to transition to class 1 Nickel as we will be stuck to NPI. The big advantage is the Capex guarantee from tsingshan. It is still 2 years away, there will probably a few who will be interested in joining this project specially from ev or battery producers. Its also powered by third party solar plant. Just like ANI and ONI, ENC will prove its worth once it starts production specially when Nickel Price jumps 2 years from now. JMO.
