Thanks for clarifying mate. This should be a wake up call for the ppl here crying about missing out on the raise. If you intend voting against the resolution as some type of protest then you are doing not only doing yourself but all other SH a disservice. We have raised $10M in a difficult market with some slight dilution, so what. We are funded nicely for now. Smart money picked up the 6.4c raise with free oppies 12 months ago ; )
Trust me you will all be praising Hank the Tank in 12 months time.
