yep PE981, I forgot about the OCJ block of shares in my frustration at this so-called "name-change".
and the fact that the blocks of Todd and OCJ will account for the required 75% vote, very much explains the one-sentence explanation as to the reason for the name change.
it really is a farce.
Minority shareholders really need to remain vigilant.
