He's not being overly dramatic - administrators have been appointed several months after release of figures showing that the company has no money. And there is still no clarity on the legal issues around the Zambian leases.
I feel it's quite the opposite - most people on this forum are being overly optimistic, and have been since day dot, talking down others who post their concerns with this obviously dysfunctional company.
In my experience, the chance of a happy outcome from this point are very slim. Perhaps the administrator can put together a funding deal to keep the company alive, but it's by no means guaranteed, and it's very unlikely that current ETH shareholders will get anything out of whatever new deal is worked out.
Sorry to be so negative - but that's how it really is when companies have no money and can't manage their way out of trouble.
