The issue for the MLM smaller shareholders is not the concept of consolidation necessarily but the gross inadequacy of the deal.
And if you think the bullies won't screw over the DRX smaller shareholders in due course good luck with your investment.

Hi Getintoit.
They’re doing this because they don’t have ‘multiple logistical options’. Barging product is highly ineffective and securing use of the existing wharf is a ‘hail Mary’ at best. This deal gives them the crucial missing link in the chain.
